SUL DMS is a central repository for uploading and accessing current copies of shared strategic and operational documents. This System allows the users to view and save different versions of the same document, and allows the Admin to assign tasks for users to make changes to the current version. The SUL DMS users are able to view any tasks assigned to them for document revision and to upload the changed documents. It has an archiving facility for old uploaded documents.
